Home terms

The terms and conditions to train at HARD Fitness are all designed to keep you on track.

HARD Fitness works on ‘handshakes’ hard work, morals, integrity, trust and mutual respect.

We are a no contract training facility. We deliver your goal set, you pay. Simple.

Getting fit is HARD, staying fit is HARD-er, regaining fitness after being fit and losing it is the HARD-est thing of all.

We are here to be a nuisance/awkward/disciplined on your behalf, to STOP you from STOPPING.

How it works:

  1. Clients agree a set amount of sessions per week during their consultation.
  2. Sessions are paid for upfront monthly via initial bank transfer prior to their induction, subsequent payments are made via standing order mandate authorised by the client commencing from the 2nd month and until notice to the clients bank from the client.
  3. Clients are fully in control of all payments.
  4. No cash payments are accepted.
  5. Clients designate and organise at what time they take their sessions weekly, within their own working week. They then tell us and turn up.
  6. Sessions are booked initially at consultation with the booking of their first fitness assessment. Ongoing sessions are booked and agreed in advance on the completion of each session and before leaving the facility.
  7. Lateness is only accepted if traffic dictates but even then is frowned upon.
  8. Missing sessions is not acceptable unless death has occurred by the client, death to others is not an acceptable reason.
  9. Missed sessions are the clients responsibility. We were here. You were not. We owe you nothing. Do not waste your money and our time.
  10. Missed sessions are required to be made up by the client (even if inconvenient) within the month they were missed.
  11. Discontinuing training is frowned upon unless the client has died, achieved their goal and is confident they will continue with nutrition, hydration and effective movement methods learned at HARD Fitness. If you are unsure you won’t revert to unhealthier ways, suck it up and stay. This is after all why you employed us in the first place.
  12. If you are convinced you can go it alone, have gone broke or moved away, one full months’ notice is to be given to management in writing and agreed from induction/standing order payment date.

All of this will be explained to you in more detain at your consultation.
