By far the biggest demographic of people we train come from blanket sedentary lifestyles which include over indulgence in areas of food, alcohol and lack of effective movement.
My job as your personal trainer is to fully understand your goal, look at your lifestyle and be aware of all relevant medical details, gather body statistics and real time current physical & mental performance levels.
I treat you just like I treat any of the athletes I train, you are what I call a “domestic” athlete, you win EVERY time you complete a session and the gold medal comes in the knowledge that health and fitness should be compulsory and like dogs is for life not just for Christmas.
Cutting calories, low carb, counting syns/points, sugar free, paleo etc there are so many methods. However most people fall short when it comes to their diet.
We keep it personal because no two bodies are the same and no matter how hard you work in or out of the gym you cannot out train a poor quality diet.
Our approach is simple, through education and the importance of a healthy relationship with food. NO restrictions, NO hunger and absolutely NO quick fixes. We want you to learn about your body, in particular what it needs, when and why as well as what foods and quantities work best for you and why.
The most successful diet is the one you can adhere to in the long term and by creating healthier dieting habits specific to you and your goals we can guarantee success.

Prior to Covid by far the primary motivation for the larger percentage of my clients to engage in a fitness and health routine was for their own mental health.
In consultation, clients would reference a negative mental outlook, age related complexity, movement, strength, endurance, capability, mobility, flexibility, mental focus, feeling of lethargy, lack of confidence, fitness and general need to create a more positive life experience.
